Pastor Ricarrdo Spencer, Sr.

Pastor Ricarrdo is the Senior Pastor of Jesus People Covenant Ministries. He is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida. After partly completing grammar school at Turie T. Small Elementary and Campbell Elementary, Pastor Ricarrdo and his family relocated to South Florida, where Pastor Spencer completed his education.

Pastor Ricarrdo Spencer, Sr. is a third generation preacher. Yes, he is a PK (Preacher’s Kid) who has always had a heart to do well.

After graduating High School, Pastor Ricarrdo enlisted in the US Navy, where he was inspired to become a physician in hope of finding a cure for Arthritis. After serving in the US Navy for over 6 years, like many other military men, he strayed away from the Godly principles instilled in him as a child.

He spent over 9 years in the world, in quest of happiness, until that glorious day when he heard the Lord calling him home to righteousness... this clarion call led him to get to know the God that gave him life. Since that day Pastor Spencer has been on a quest to fulfill God’s destiny for his life.

Pastor Spencer attended Old Dominion College in Norfolk, Virginia. He later completed his study in Biblical Counseling where he obtained his degree from the Sure Foundation Institute in Newberg, Indiana. He went on to pursue his Biblical studies with Masters’ Divinity.

Pastor Spencer has served under the leadership of Bishop Isaiah S. Williams, Jr. and Jesus People Ministries Church International (“JPMCI”) for over 13 years as a member and 7 years on the Administrative staff of JPMCI.

Pastor Spencer is married to Jenny Spencer and together they have two beautiful children, Ricarrdo Jr. and Jessica.
